Kalrez 4079 is a high-performance perfluoroelastomer O-ring compound designed for demanding chemical and high-temperature sealing applications. It offers excellent chemical resistance, thermal stability, and low compression set for reliable sealing in semiconductor, chemical processing, and aerospace environments.

- Low compression set for long-term sealing performance.
- Excellent chemical resistance with low swell in many acids and aldehydes.
- High thermal stability up to 316°C (600°F).
- Good mechanical properties and resistance to hot air aging.
- Suitable for O-rings, diaphragms, and seals in semiconductor, chemical processing, and aerospace applications.
- Not recommended for hot water/steam or contact with certain hot aliphatic amines, ethylene oxide, or propylene oxide.
